Through the Program Manager Certification, I hope to become the Subject Matter Expert in all things Gong for my organization. We are adding Gong to our tech stack and we’ve never used conversation intelligence before. Greetings All!

My goal in becoming Launch Certified is to become a Gong expert! Part of my responsibilities is to develop onboarding programs for new hires and help them become ramped up quickly and efficiently. Tools training is a huge part of our onboarding programs and Gong is one of the tools we use. I’d like to be able to provide support to our Sales reps when using Gong during their product demos with our prospects and to assist in closing more deals. I specifically want to learn Gong more closely to help our reps in the UK feel more comfortable in using it by recording their calls and help alleviate their hesitation in using it - and not turning it off. I want to know all the ins-and-outs of Gong.

I am hoping to learn what I don’t know about Gong. There seems to be a surface-level usage of Gong, but I do feel there are workarounds and other ways to use Gong more effectively, I am just not sure yet.
