In my job as a support engineer, I come across many issues that users face and in many of them, the solution almost always involves analyzing and fixing project issues usually implementation. I feel particularly excited about this program as it gives very good exposure to the structure with which projects are developed and implemented which I find invaluable. A big thank you to the team that out this together.

What is at least one thing you want to learn during the Program Manager Launch Certification? 

During the certification process, I want to learn how to optimize data from Gong to  help Sales team improve selling behaviors.

What’s my goal in becoming certified? 

My goal is to continue to create workflows that support all the various use cases customers have. I aim to become a subject matter expert to drive Gong’s value and stickiness as a must-have platform that customers need to move their businesses forward.

My goal is to become the subject matter expert for all things Gong. As we have just implemented Gong at our company I know that their will be plenty of questions coming my way as our team gets used to the platform. I am hoping that at the completion of this certification course I will be able to confidently answer any of those questions or, at the very least, know the best resources in order to find the answers.

While Gong is implemented at my organization, the teams I support are ‘light’ users so I’d like to learn about how best to set up the system for my end users (Success vs. Sales) and how to integrate that in to their workflows and their managers’ coaching.

Through this certification process I hope to master the ability of getting key insights out of deals. Right now, our organization is trying to move deals down funnel faster (shocker), but we have a major stalling after our initial discovery. With our company being so young, getting real-time insights into deal specifics will help our org learn, iterate, fail, and win more efficiently.
