Program Manager Launch Certification: Share Your Goals

For me, my goal with becoming Launch Certified is simple -- I want to ensure that our organization is using the tool to its fullest potential. Today we are tackling 101 and 201 level use cases and company initiatives; however, we want to use Gong for 301 level and beyond. 

What is your goal in becoming Launch Certified?

My goal of becoming Launch Certified is to understand and better utilise the platform in order to support my colleagues and the business in leveraging the data to our advantage! It will also be useful to learn how Gong integrates with other tools within our tech stack.

My company already has Gong but I am the new Sales Operations Manager and I will the Business Administrator of the platform. With that said one of the main reasons I want to get certified is because I will be the main source for everything Gong related.

1. What is at least one thing you want to learn during the Program Manager Launch Certification? How to leverage Gong for Bottom funnel success. 

2. What is your goal in becoming Launch Certified? To understand the platform and how to use it to better sales performance. 

3. What is one take away you’re hoping to gain from the Program Manager Launch Certification? Tp fully understand how the platform works, the analytics and integrations.

I’d like to use the data in Gong to show organizational-wide impact from using Gong. If I can create internal “raving fans” then I’ve done my job!

What is your goal in becoming Launch Certified?

In becoming Launch Certified, I hope to be able to take our organization deeper into Gong functionality and fully optimize the platform. We’re currently just scratching the surface of Gong capabilities, and I hope to identify more areas to capitalize on within the platform.

To learn the most we can about the platform so that we can ensure we are able to maximize the power of the platform in our organization.

What is at least one thing you want to learn during the Program Manager Launch Certification? 

I’d like to learn how to use Gong to measure the success of our training programs. Specifically, I’d like to see how keywords are being used during calls.

My goal in becoming Launch Certified is to empower myself as a CSM by familiarizing myself with all the resources available to my customers.

What is one take away you’re hoping to gain from the Program Manager Launch Certification?

Really hoping that I can help build the revenue intelligence we need from Gong to help catapult the company into the next sphere of growth. I’m hoping to learn the right way to implement a Gong culture in our organisation that helps inform our sales team how to perform at their peak.

My goal in becoming launch certified is to be an expert resource for my customers, and be able to recommend features and best practices based on my new knowledge, to best align with their goals and initiatives. 

I’m excited to complete the Program Manager Launch Certification!   

My goal is to develop a thorough understanding of how PMs drive the technical and strategic set up of their Gong instance on behalf of their teams/company, to learn what great on-demand resources are available in Gong Community to accelerate their success, and to get a deeper understanding of the type of support topics (challenges and wish-lists) our customers share with us in these forums. This is all with a view to enabling me and my CSM team to become a strong voice and advocate for our customers in EMEA!

 My goal for the Program Manager Launch Certification is to have an intimate understanding of all of the components of Gong, the value they drive for those users, and how I can better improve my own gong usage on a day to day level!

My goal in becoming certified is to learn best practices for using Gong that I can share with our team, to maximise our company’s investment. I know that we have only scratched the surface with how we are currently using Gong so far, and I’d like to know how other companies are using the platform and what benefits they are seeing.

My goal in becoming certified is to become a subject matter expert for this tool. Also to make sure that we are utilizing it to it’s full potential and keeping up with best practices.

The reason for me to take up this course is to learn about Gong basics and the best practices, so I can use Gong to its full potential.

During the Program Manager Launch Certification I’m hoping to learn a bit more about how my company can use Gong to drive results. We currently love to use Gong for trainings and gaining insights, but I have a hunch that we are only scratching the surface of Gong’s capabilities. My goal in becoming Launch certified is to become a knowledgable point of contact for any Gong related questions or optimizations my team hopes to make with Gong. 

 I would like to understand how gong talks to other platform (CRM). Utilize all  Gong use-cases  and understand how my team  can fully utilize it. Align gong with company priorities, tracking new initiatives, and better coaching structure. I want to be able to use the data from gong to make  well informed decisions.

1. One thing I want to learn is how to utilize Gong to its full potential. How does this tool help a program that’s trying to scale vs. well established? I’d like to be able to coach my team how to best spend their time while in Gong.

My goal is to identify any ways that my team can better configure Gong, and I’m also very interested to learn best approaches are for gaining insight into client calls to develop training initiatives and best practices within our org.

What is your goal in becoming Launch Certified?

Beyond Sales Call Audits for Compliance, I want to see what other tools we can implement like Deal Tracker and Call Coaching. 

1. What is at least one thing you want to learn during the Program Manager Launch Certification? 
   Increase user adoption (for example, slack notifications, call coaching scorecards, deal forecast board)

2. What is your goal in becoming Launch Certified?
   I think it’s good for professional development not only at my current company and role but in other places. Additionally, I think it’s good to be the go-to-person for Gong at my company.

3. What is one take away you’re hoping to gain from the Program Manager Launch Certification?
   Better understand the platform and how it can help drive better conversations in Sales and CS.

The main take away I’m excited to gain from the cert is accelerating our organizations time to value with Gong. I’m sure like many on this thread, we have a number of skeptical front line sellers. I am looking forward to showcasing the impact of this tool and driving better outcomes for our sellers.

I am very excited for the Gong Program Manager certification.

I have never used a technology like this before, and I’m super excited to see how our Sales team can leverage this to empower them to close more deals. I am hoping to learn how to use data analytics from our sales calls to train our sales team to sell better, and create processes that help us beat our competition.
