I really like the Gong Email labeling feature (See this Help Center article if you are not familiar with it).However from what I can tell email labels are not available in the API. We are doing some email analysis using the API, and it would be great to have the email labels available. Are there any plans to include email labels in an API call such as data-for-email-address ?
I am having some trouble with Gong reporting and was hoping somebody in the community could help me out: I am looking for a Gong report showing talk time Week over week by our account executives. I am trying to see if the % is starting to shift downward since we put our new playbooks into practice. Is this possible with Gong?

Hello! I’m wondering if anyone has any experience using Postman to run HTTP requests to the Gong API. I’m trying to manually authenticate my connection and I can’t seem to generate the API token correctly for it to do a simple GET on my entire user table.I would love if someone could point me in the right direction. I’ve followed the API documentation perfectly but I think I’m missing something with putting the authenticator token in the header of my request. Thanks!
A few years ago at AppsFlyer, we declared ourselves customer obsessed. In order to live up to this vision, we built an amazing 270-person Client Services (CS) team that’s spread around the globe. Our day-to-day work focuses on delivering value and helping our customers achieve their desired business outcomes using AppsFlyer. We conduct video calls with customers on a daily basis, and we wanted to determine how we were doing on those calls. (Plus, Covid had moved all of our face-to-face interactions to video calls). Though Gong was originally designed to help sales teams, we were eager to use it to measure everything happening on our CS team, and to improve ourselves.
