What is your goal in becoming Launch Certified?

While my program management experience of Gong has been reactive thus far, I’ve come to learn how powerful Gong can be for revenue teams and as a sales enablement practitioner. By becoming Launch Certified, my goal is to have a comprehensive understanding of the best of the best practices so I can proactively drive positive business outcomes for my stakeholders.

  1. What is at least one thing you want to learn during the Program Manager Launch Certification? 

    Figure out which levers to pull in the Gong team to fix the SFDC custom field - currency issue in the main dashboard where JPY shows as USD regardless of setup.

    Just kidding, I expect to learn some best practices to help our existing sales teams use Gong better, and push new joiners through our enablement team to drop in it immediately.
     

  2. What is your goal in becoming Launch Certified?

    Gong reinforcement-program on the go soon for our sales teams, need to push them again to utilize the platform and learn to coach themselves, this time I’ll be involved.
     

  3. What is one take away you’re hoping to gain from the Program Manager Launch Certification?

    Holistic view on all features of Gong and the value(s) it could add to an org which properly utilizes it.

I would love to see our sales org increase their usage with Gong and leverage the data available to improve their deals cycle. It’s currently underutilized by managers and I hope I can bring clear direction and insights on how it can help managers lead discussions with their reps.

I would like to advance my knowledge with Gong and provide solutions that allows our organization to get the full benefits of Gong. Becoming Program Manager Launch certified will not only help in my existing role but allow me to further advance my career.

    1. To become a a more involved SME for anything Gong related for Truckstop.  I am very passionate about coaching and helping representatives improving their game when it comes to conversations with customers.

  3. What is one take away you’re hoping to gain from the Program Manager Launch Certification?

    1. Here soon we going to look at implementing Gong for our Customer Success and Customer Support teams.  I plan to be much more involved in the implementation as we continue to add more departments.

A tool is only good if used by the right people . One thing I’d like to learn during this certification is how to effectively help my commercial organization adopt the usage of Gong to help them reach their goals. I want to see how I can configure Gong to get my organization to want to spend more time in the tool.

My goal in becoming certified is to discover and fill in any knowledge gaps that I might have. I’d like to learn how features like trackers and scorecards. which pick up on specific words and phrases, might be used to support sales orgs that do not use scripting.

What I want to learn from this Cert is how Gong can help me launch, implement, drive adoption, and monitor Sales method implementation and other changes in how we do Sales in my org!

    • I’d like to learn more about how to coordinate our efforts with Gong along with our go-to-market messaging and motions. We need to be able to show the impact of how we’re going to market during any given intiative.

What is your goal in becoming Launch Certified?

To be able to better articulate when improvements within our utilization of Gong can be a solution to a business problem and when it cannot. I am also hoping to move to a higher level of maturity when using Gong in order to better inform the executive team.

BC has been using Gong for some time but not to its full potential.  In an effort to enhance tool usage I am looking forward to getting certified!

We are working to relaunch Gong, so I’m looking to get a refresher on best practices for things like trackers, scorecards, etc. We have a few things to tidy up in our current instance.
