What is your goal in becoming Launch Certified?
My goal is to be able to better support our RevOps team as well as our Sales team by fully understanding Gong and its capabilities. As a newer employee to my company, I can see that our org is not leveraging Gong to it’s full potential which is negatively impacting our reps. Being Launch Certified will make me a SME of Gong which will allow me to train and coach our team to Gong best practices.
My goal is to learn about best practices and all of the features Gong has released since our implementation to ensure we are getting the most value possible out of the tool.
One thing I want to learn during the certification is how to get all that we can from Gong to elevate our sales teams. There is so much information and so many resources available, so I’m hoping to gain a good understanding of how to streamline my knowledge and have a structured plan to implement. My goal in being certified is to be seen as a valued resource and SME for Gong, so others will be confident in coming to me for guidance. So I think my biggest take away that I’m hoping for is the ultimate plan of implementation for our organization.
I work closely with the Sales Team and want to learn how the managers and account reps can leverage the full stack of Gong capabilities to measure what is working best, and to scale those behaviors.

What is at least one thing you want to learn during the Program Manager Launch Certification? I have successfully set up an SFDC integration in the past and we are seeing a lot of value there. That said, as my career progresses, I’m sure that I will have to set up Gong in other sales stacks as well. I am looking forward to learning how to set up additional integrations.

What is one take away you’re hoping to gain from the Program Manager Launch Certification? Best practices for driving executive engagement. In our current implementation, sellers and front line managers see the most value. But, as I launch Gong in future orgs, I would love to get some tips/tricks for getting execs as pumped on using deal boards as I am.
What is at least one thing you want to learn during the Program Manager Launch Certification?
Looking to optimize how we do call review and 1:1 coaching for our sales staff.
Another goal is to be certified to collaborate with other experts in the field.
My goal is to walk away from the certification program with higher confidence in facilitating executive alignment regarding recording calls in a global environment. As a result, I expect to learn the order of operations for GTM end users’ workflows as separate from PM/PMM stakeholders. I imagine wisdom from other community members will be shared along the way.
My goal is always to maximize the value we receive from Gong. The tool has so much more to offer than what many users realize. I hope the certification will help me to continue to be a power user in my organization and the first stop for questions on the solution.
My goal in becoming Launch certified is to better understand how to drive performance and coaching through Gong. I’m also looking to make sure our team is using Gong to the fullest of its ability and that I understand how my team should best utilize it as ICs, collaborators, and managers.

Be able to tactically and tightly break down our teams’ calls.
Are they asking level 3,4,5 depth discovery questions?
Are they pivoting and recapping pain points?
Are they matching pain points to solution.
All of this, as automated as possible!
I would love to learn the best practices associated with managers of reps using Gong in order to both coach their teams, but subsequently share best practices, etc. at scale.

What I want to learn is to get an understanding of the plateform and its potential, so that I can identify how it could benefit and help my team. I want to ensure that I use the plateform respecting best-practices and methods. My goal is to ensure an optimal usage of the plateform.
I am so excited to learn more about Gong. I feel like I have just scratched the surface in truly utilizing this to help manage our team. I look forward to closing the gaps when it comes to my knowledge of this system and being able to truly utilize all that it offers.
What is your goal in becoming Launch Certified?
As my company keeps on growing from the start up phase to a profitable stand point, becoming Gong Launch Certified will immensely help streamline our onboarding processes. In addition, being able to use and know how to use Gong to the fullest potential with be beneficial.
I hope to get more comfortable with the technical aspects of Gong so I’ll be able to better support users as questions and issues come up. The communication and rollout programming usually comes easier for me, but expecting to see a few things I can use to supplement what I’ve already planned.
