I use multiple stream folders to listen to calls. I want to know if there is a way to filter out calls that I have already listened to and only list calls that I have not listened to yet.

Hello,I want to add in all of my zip codes for my territory to capture calls with companies that are in that zip. How do I do this?

Curious to hear how others are starting to leverage the new AI Builder feature and the prompts that have had some success or shown valuable insights outside of the default prompts! One that I’ve seen some success with is further fleshing out and detailing customer case studies and success stories around specific products that were recently launched.

When viewing Gong Analytics > Flows, for a specific flow, I know I can see the overall open rates and clicking on ‘ opened’ is showing me who has opened my email.Is there a way to see how many times each recipient has opened my email without manually clicking on each person’s name? I haven’t found a way to do this and am spending a signifcant amount of admin time, trying to prioritize my outreach, based on flow engagement, where I want to target recipients that have opened my email multiple times, first.Even better, it would be great if Gong insights could prioritize my open rates based on this activity. Currently, it’s ordered by recipient name, alphabetically, instead of engagement.

Hi, I follow the instructions to add gong to a call hosted outside my organisation. I have tried 3 different approaches. The external company uses Teams. We use Google email/calendar and typically Zoom for calls.https://help.gong.io/docs/how-to-record-calls#record-a-call-with-the-gong-assistant Asked the external company to add the gong assistant as a participant and resend the invite. This results in "Unfortunately, we can't record this call because the email you used to send the invite is not registered in Gong. When forwarding a meeting invite to boomi@assistant.gong.io, use the same email account as the one you use to sign in to Gong." as expected per the documentation as they are not Gong users. Tried forwarding the meeting email invite I received to the Gong assistant.

One thing I’m coaching to right now is the TYPE of questions my reps are asking. I’m noticing that the reps that are underperforming centre their questions around (what i call) “Solutioning” the customers problems. The better reps are focus on business questions and questions about the evaluation process and criteria. I’ve manually exported all questions in a call to a spreadsheet so I could tag each question as Solutioning, Business, Pricing/Admin, Deal Process.Control, etc. But maybe there is any easier way to export every question?

Im trying to use the Gong API from Postman. I have my access key and secret. Ive added the Authorization header with a value of <AccessKey>:<AccessSecret> but when i try to use it I get { "requestId": "12345", "errors": [ "Missing mandatory header \"Authorization\"" ]}Anyone know whats going wrong?

When viewing a specific account, and you’re viewing a list of contacts, can I sort them by the create date? My goal would be to have the most recently created/added be at the top so I can easily add them to a flow.

Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me with an issue I’m running into while building a Brief. I’ve set everything up and added about eight questions. When I test each question individually, I get accurate responses with the information I’m looking for. However, when I test the entire Brief in preview mode, only the first question returns an answer, the others all return: “We didn’t find any information that’s relevant.” Has anyone come across this before or know what might be causing it? i’ve also included some screenshots showing that it does produce the answer when you test just the question  Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello,In the future, will Gong support syncing other data to HubSpot?Right now the Gong export data is limited to a call link, call summary, and call participants. So we are relying on the Gong API for extracting extra data.I just want to confirm if a Gong pipeline for the extensive data provided by the Gong API is planned or not.Thank you.

I am not a fan of the suggested AI to-do tasks. Is there any insight that can be provided into how to turn this feature off?

I am struggling to get the tasks API endpoint to work. Has this been depreciated?  

Currently I created a new AI Brief (for calls) with an specific format, that worked pretty well, the next step I would like to achieve is every time a call is done I would like to run that custom AI Brief and save that output in salesforce, currently the default Notes overview is saved in salesforce in the field Gong_Call_Brief__c but I would like to have also the one generated by the Custom AI Brief I created. How can that be achieved? do I need to contact support to enable the sync for that custom AI Brief? I already have created a new field in salesforce for the Custom_Gong_Call_Brief__c 

Hi Community, hope you can help me with this, I created an api gateway in aws to use it as a webhook from gong, I'm trying to create from automation rules but when I add the aws url https://<apiId>.execute-api.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/development/webhook/<keynumber> gong doesn't allow me to create the rule or even test it, the weird thing is when I use an url from  webhook.site it works, do you know if there is any restriction for aws urls? is it necessary to register those urls from another place in gong? thanks for your help.This fails when using aws apigateway url: This works (Using webhook.site):

Does gong AI  have the capability to update ( scorecard)  data into Salesforce Custom Objects  ?

Hi Friends - I was super excited to see the partnership between Gong and TCS, only to find out that anything from a “pre-baked” perspective is owned by Challenger.Does anyone have anything pre-baked (smart trackers, scorecards, etc) around TCS that you could share?Would love to not reinvent the wheel! :) 

I can’t find anywhere to leave a feature request so I am posting this here! I use Gong for sales outreach, and the current way to create an email template is pretty time consuming and not very intuitive. It would be so so convenient and helpful if when writing an email in Gong or even Gmail we could select “Create template from this email”, instead of having to go into another section to create one (and it sometimes glitches with not saving the template name).This is a feature available with Outreach, and it’s a huge time saver to help streamline personalized outreach. Please please consider, thank you!!! And thank you Gong team for all you do.

Hi there,Is there a way to personalize our Gong dialer voicemail greeting? It’s a very generic, robotic message that could lead the prospect to think they have dialled the wrong number.

We continue to have sporadic issues with emails syncing into Gong (from Outlook) but not being created as a task in Salesforce. I have submitted several support tickets which are resolved by manually syncing the email to SF but we continue to have issues which is very inconvenient, and frustrating for my sales teams. I’m just wondering if anyone else is experiencing continued issues or if there are tips/tricks, outside of those posted in Gong help, that would minimize these issues. Thanks for any feedback! A 

Just curious if anyone has done any of the integrations like this: Take the transcript from a Gong call; send it to ChatGPT to ask the GPT some standardized question(s); and then put the results of that into SFDC on the associated account.   The use case is to do some analysis on a call beyond what Gong’s current AI can do and append the SFDC record with that analysis.  I currently use Zapier which integrates to all three tools; but curious if anyone has any experience doing this.

Dear Gong folks, how can we best track when someone is opening an email A LOT, or clicking our emails, whether they’re in Flows or not? This has been frustrating to try and pin down - the activity feed alone is not enough.Is there any solution for an AE or SDR to be able to see, for example, for every Lead or Contact I’ve emailed during X time frame, who interacted with my emails the most? I got this question today from an AE today, and I don’t have a great answer: Gong question that I'm wondering if you might know the answer to - Is there a way to show a list of all of my prospects (even those not in a Flow), but sorted by engagement? I was going through my activity feed and noticed someone opened an email a couple times today, so I clicked into his contact info in Gong. Turns out he has an engagement score of 15, but because he already finished the flow, he doesn't show up in any upcoming tasks or anything like that. Would love to be

Hello Community members, Wanted to seek some advice on how to manage the score card updates in Opportunity. We are running short of fields in opportunity object in SFDC. As part of our scorecards updates from Gong to Salesforce we need 50-60 fields created in Salesforce. However we are not in the luxury of creating so many fields. Was wondering how others are handing this situation Is there a way to push them to Gong Related Opportunity fields ?  or any other innovative Solution  Advice here is appreciated.
