FOR GONG CUSTOMERS

I wonder if I can use a Smart Tracker to find representatives who say “Ehhhh”, “ummmm” “So” etc. I built a Smart Tracker and added a lot of phrases, the problem is that the engine demands the examples to have at least 3 words in each example, which prevents me from adding the basic “ehhhhh / ummmm” and such. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Seems like there are some great AI solutions out there that are able to summarize quite a bit of content.  I really like the transcripts in Gong, but often times wish I had a summary of the transcript of the call or a highlight of important notes.  Does Gong have something like this already or is there anything in development?

Hello, I tried screen-sharing a Gong meeting recording with a counterpart in a Microsoft Teams environment, and the sound was not coming through on her end.  We tried some audio troubleshooting within Teams, but to no avail.  Has anyone else had this happen, and if so, what was the solution to correct it?  Thanks much! --Ryan Austin

Greetings, I have noticed that "Notetaker" has recently begun joining our Zoom calls. This issue arose after we had to disconnect and reconnect Zoom to Gong today. Prior to this, our Zoom call transcripts and other functionalities were operating smoothly. Could you please provide any insights or solutions to address this matter?

How does Gong determine whether or not the contact has “Power” I only see user created fields inside of HubSpot and no way to point them to that field.

I wanted to see if anyone could help me understand where to find insights into our emails based on subject line, length of email, keywords, etc., so we can create reporting around what is working and what isn’t.  Thank you for your help. 

Hi Team,I have been asked to  download the actual Transcripts records as well as the audio and video Recordings created between a date range.The documentation https://gong.app.gong.io/settings/api/documentation#post-/v2/calls/transcript gives us info on how to retrieve transcripts and recordings, but to download each recording we will have to click the url one by one ,we have 500+ recordings and its really difficult to download the recordings this way, can you please tell if there is a automated way to download all call recordings within a date range.

How long does it take for data to populate once you’ve added trackers to an initiatives board?

In Gong’s Salesforce integration settings, you can filter the Gong calls that are exported to Salesforce. However, the “Is Private?” flag is NOT available in the list of filters.FEATURE REQUEST: Please allow private calls to be filtered out of calls exported to Salesforce.QUESTION: Any workarounds? I’ve implemented a Salesforce validation rule that prevents Gong Conversation records from being created in Salesforce if the Is Private flag is set to true. That generally works, but it may cause problems if Gong sends a batch of records over to Salesforce and one (or more) call records are private (the other non-offending records would also fail due to rollback of the entire batch).

There are around 7533 calls which we need to download, with api data for only 100 calls is getting extracted. Could you please help me with this.

Hi team, I am looking to see if anyone knows how to run a filter (or report) that shows all calls I’ve listened to. I can see the ‘Listened’ text beside individual calls, but is there a place where I can filter to view all of these at once?  Thanks 

Hey, we’re using the Gong projection quite a lot in order to test the bottom up forecast of our leaders. One issue we just came across is that when comparing the sum of monthly projections within a quarter with the quarterly projection we get two completely different numbers. For example, our Q3 projection is currently 24% higher than the sum of July, August and September projection. The weighted pipeline amount is 12.5% higher, the expected deals amount 38.7% and the applied win rate on the expected deals is a whopping 13%-points higher than the average of the three single months. While I understand that there might be slight differences when aggregating the data these difference seem to be too extrem and reduces the confidence in the quarterly number, especially since the monthly projection seem to be closer to the bottom up forecast. Could someone explain where this large difference is coming from and why e.g. applied win rates are so ext

So excited to see the Chrome Extension working in SFDC! Can you tell me if there are plans for the Flow button to work on the Campaign object? We really need to be able to add Leads and Contacts from Campaigns to a Flow. If you have any other suggestions or work around, we are all ears.We’re excited about this direction!

Hello,  I created a folder in our library that is going to have all of our cold calls that led to demos, but we have hundreds. I know that when going into each recording I can add that one call to a folder, but is there a way to mass move calls into folders? Maybe doing it from a saved filter?

I’m getting a notification that my Gong AI Summary isn’t available for a call. Anyone know what we did wrong here? It’s the first time I’ve seen this happen.

I have had one of our Account Execs ask about the speaker breakdown on a call that has been shared externally. For some reason, the speaker breakdown isn’t there when sharing with external organisations. I have looked at settings etc to see if it is something on my end but can’t see anything. What am I missing?

I’m extracting Gong data to our warehouse using Fivetran. For some reason I do not see the Conversations tables and the CRM tables (entity value, deal, account etc) showing data from our SFDC. I’m seeing other tables such as trackers, calls, worksapce, scorecard.Are these tables created by default? Does it require some additional configuration? Fivetran ERD for Gong appears here
