Just curious if anyone has done any of the integrations like this: Take the transcript from a Gong call; send it to ChatGPT to ask the GPT some standardized question(s); and then put the results of that into SFDC on the associated account.   The use case is to do some analysis on a call beyond what Gong’s current AI can do and append the SFDC record with that analysis.  I currently use Zapier which integrates to all three tools; but curious if anyone has any experience doing this.  

Dear Gong folks, how can we best track when someone is opening an email A LOT, or clicking our emails, whether they’re in Flows or not? This has been frustrating to try and pin down - the activity feed alone is not enough.Is there any solution for an AE or SDR to be able to see, for example, for every Lead or Contact I’ve emailed during X time frame, who interacted with my emails the most? I got this question today from an AE today, and I don’t have a great answer: Gong question that I'm wondering if you might know the answer to - Is there a way to show a list of all of my prospects (even those not in a Flow), but sorted by engagement? I was going through my activity feed and noticed someone opened an email a couple times today, so I clicked into his contact info in Gong. Turns out he has an engagement score of 15, but because he already finished the flow, he doesn't show up in any upcoming tasks or anything like that. Would love to be able to see those people so I can call them!

Hello Community members, Wanted to seek some advice on how to manage the score card updates in Opportunity. We are running short of fields in opportunity object in SFDC. As part of our scorecards updates from Gong to Salesforce we need 50-60 fields created in Salesforce. However we are not in the luxury of creating so many fields. Was wondering how others are handing this situation Is there a way to push them to Gong Related Opportunity fields ?  or any other innovative Solution  Advice here is appreciated.

Gong Deal Boards/AnalyticsI'm working on a project to improve our sales process and I'm looking for some insights and best practices from the community.I need an automated way to identify deal ratios of emails to calls. This would help us spot and address potential inefficiencies in our communication strategy.I've spent a lot of time reviewing Gong's dashboards, deal boards, and native metrics. Hi, I follow the instructions to add gong to a call hosted outside my organisation. I have tried 3 different approaches. The external company uses Teams. We use Google email/calendar and typically Zoom for calls.https://help.gong.io/docs/how-to-record-calls#record-a-call-with-the-gong-assistant Asked the external company to add the gong assistant as a participant and resend the invite. This results in "Unfortunately, we can't record this call because the email you used to send the invite is not registered in Gong. When forwarding a meeting invite to boomi@assistant.gong.io, use the same email account as the one you use to sign in to Gong." as expected per the documentation as they are not Gong users. Tried forwarding the meeting email invite I received to the Gong assistant. As far as I can tell nothing happened. There was no achnowledgement or response of any kind. Tried adding the assistant as a participant to the meeing via editing the Gmail calendar entry, adding the Gong assistant

Good Morning.  So i’ve built out the hierarchy for my team but at the Activity Level, My Head of Sales ONLY sees Calendar Activity for his direct reports. Is there not a way to show not only his direct reports, but also their direct reports?

Many of the AE’s in my org use Salesforce To-do’s as reminders for actions on opportunities, accounts, contacts etc.  For example a rep may create a To-do as a reminder to checkin with a customer on a specific date. That checkin occurs by phone and is recorded by Gong. Gong then creates an activity in Salesforce representing the call. I now have duplicate activities for the same follow up. I thought to create a flow in Salesforce to delete the manually created To-do but I’m not sure how to associate the two activity records so the system can identify duplicates. Has anyone solved the issue or have recommendations? I appreciate any suggestions! :)

How do we extract email opens / clicks / bounce data from Engage?Is there a way to do this either through a CRM integration or via the Gong API?

Hi everyone! 👋 I’m a Customer Success Manager and one of my customers reported that they can’t hear any sound in the meeting recordings that I’ve shared with them.They tried with two different recordings (that worked well for me) and two different browsers. Has any of you encountered this issue? I couldn’t find anything on the Help Center. Any tips would be appreciated! 🙇 PS. other than that I love Gong, it’s probably the first time one of my customers reported an issue to me 😀

In Salesforce if a Tracker is present on a Gong recording, a record is created on the Call/Conversation object in for each Tracker. For Keyword trackers, you are allowed to populate a field called Tracker Phrase that sends over the exact phrase that triggered the tracker.  I was wondering if there was an equivalent for Smart Trackers. I thought it’d be interesting to see that information in Salesforce, particularly on Opportunities where any of the Playbook (we use MEDDPICC) Smart Trackers are present.

I want to be able to summarize the calls that my team is having and have that summary sent to me. I’ve been try to figure out a way to export all the call transcripts for specific team members, and then have set up an automation using Zapier and a custom GPT that should process this transcript and send me the summary to Slack.  I’m stuck at step 1, where I cannot find a way to extract the transcript for a gong call. Have folks successfully achieved this? 

Hi, I’m a content marketeer at a SaaS company. I love Gong. I find myself reading through the call transcripts of our sales and csm people quite often in search of interesting topics, returning questions, pain points and detractors of prospects and customers. While I don’t mind doing this, it is time-consuming and difficult to prioritise or segment ideas, because I can only review them one at a time. I’m wondering if there is a way to automate the process and doing it in bulk to generate a better overview. I have been looking into creating a flow using Zapier, ChatGPT and Notion, but maybe there’s a more straightforward approach available within Gong itself. 

We have Gong integrated with Salesforce (our CRM). We use Hubspot for automated marketing and is also integrated with Salesforce. I’d like to get Gong activity in Hubspot as well to help with ABM, but when Gong only supports integration with one CRM. Any ideas on how to get those Gong activities into Hubspot?

Hi! I just set up automatic scoring for our CSM team in Gong. We currently have automatic scoring set up for any call that a CSM “hosted” or “attended”, however, Gong is automatically scoring the host on any meetings a CSM attended. Is there a way that I can assign Gong AI to score the CSM participant rather than it auto-scoring the host?

We currently use ZoomInfo for contact enrichment. We are in the renewal process and evaluating other vendors that have a more integrated partnership with Gong (like Apollo). Has anyone switched to Apollo that can provide some insight on the process and how their team uses Apollo within Gong Engage?
