FOR GONG CUSTOMERS

Hi team, I am looking to see if anyone knows how to run a filter (or report) that shows all calls I’ve listened to. I can see the ‘Listened’ text beside individual calls, but is there a place where I can filter to view all of these at once?  Thanks 

Hey, we’re using the Gong projection quite a lot in order to test the bottom up forecast of our leaders. One issue we just came across is that when comparing the sum of monthly projections within a quarter with the quarterly projection we get two completely different numbers. For example, our Q3 projection is currently 24% higher than the sum of July, August and September projection. The weighted pipeline amount is 12.5% higher, the expected deals amount 38.7% and the applied win rate on the expected deals is a whopping 13%-points higher than the average of the three single months. While I understand that there might be slight differences when aggregating the data these difference seem to be too extrem and reduces the confidence in the quarterly number, especially since the monthly projection seem to be closer to the bottom up forecast. Could someone explain where this large difference is coming from and why e.g. applied win rates are so extremely different?Thanks!

So excited to see the Chrome Extension working in SFDC! Can you tell me if there are plans for the Flow button to work on the Campaign object? We really need to be able to add Leads and Contacts from Campaigns to a Flow. If you have any other suggestions or work around, we are all ears.We’re excited about this direction!

Hello,  I created a folder in our library that is going to have all of our cold calls that led to demos, but we have hundreds. I know that when going into each recording I can add that one call to a folder, but is there a way to mass move calls into folders? Maybe doing it from a saved filter?

I’m getting a notification that my Gong AI Summary isn’t available for a call. Anyone know what we did wrong here? It’s the first time I’ve seen this happen.

I have had one of our Account Execs ask about the speaker breakdown on a call that has been shared externally. For some reason, the speaker breakdown isn’t there when sharing with external organisations. I have looked at settings etc to see if it is something on my end but can’t see anything. What am I missing?

I’m extracting Gong data to our warehouse using Fivetran. For some reason I do not see the Conversations tables and the CRM tables (entity value, deal, account etc) showing data from our SFDC. I’m seeing other tables such as trackers, calls, worksapce, scorecard.Are these tables created by default? Does it require some additional configuration? Fivetran ERD for Gong appears here

Hi all- Has anyone ever brought gong calls into Salesforce as an activity type subtype.  I want to pull activity reports without using the report type of conversations. I heard that calls from GONG contain a subject starting with “ Zoom: ”, but subjects can be changed in Salesforce. The goal would be to determine which are phone calls and which are gong pre-scheduled calls.   Thanks, Kristen

I would like to easily see what is coming into the pipeline, falling out, and closing over time in the form of a graph and data points. Does anyone have tips or tricks for doing this in Gong/Salesforce?

When I am uploading my 38 second video, Gong is only showing 35 seconds of it. This may seem minor, but I had an intro and outro fade on my video that is now missing. How can I prevent this from happening? 

I am taking snippets from each of my salespeople and want to use it to create a video with the best snippets from each. Is there a way to do that in Gong? Thanks!

Hello all! Since we are trying to integrate with the API that Gong is providing, we are interested in being able to identify the user that got oAuth-ed. Is the a way to achieve this? I am looking through the docs for some time now, and might be that I am missing it some where.In other words said, we want to get the user data for the oAuth-ed user.

Gong recorded a call and one of the bullets in the Prospect Highlights pane in the Call Spotlight references a competitor the customer mentioned. The problem is it didn’t capture the name correctly and I’d like to be able to edit it with the correct name for tracking and reporting purposes. Is this possible?

I want to model out the characteristics of closed won deals.   One of the metrics I am keenly interested in is the number of customer facing interactions.   I am less concerned about sales cycle as I am how many touches does it take.   I can see this information when I go to Account Status.   I can look deal by deal for all closed won activities but this is very time consuming.   What I can’t seem to find in places like insights is a roll up for all inbound email, outbound email and calls.   If I can see that in aggregate by seller that would give me amazing insight for what a closed won deal looks like.   That would be a massive win for me as a sales leader.   Is there a way to export this data?   I don’t mind doing the work in excel if I can’t get it in Gong.   I am trying to upload an image the icon here doesn’t seem to want to let me add the screenshot.   In short, if I go to account status I see exactly what I am after but I can’t do this across 50 deals a quarter and manually ent

Has anyone created a simple playbook/guide for managers to leverage gong for coaching that you’d be willing to share?  (general coaching - call, professional development etc)?

Hi Gong Community!Just loved:...And keen to learn from other Managers of managers re your weekly process with Gong- I currently have my coaches tag me when delivering feedback to the front line so I can also add insights and guidance (private message to the coach)I also have a weekly cadence with product marketing around moving the needle on key features across my portfolio, tracking mentions in Gong through to MOM performance. This has helped tremendously to inform new GTM initiatives / aligned talk track execution in my channels.- How do you engage / coach your leaders to get the most out of their teams in Gong?- What reports / metrics do you leverage / share back to your leadership pods and other stakeholders?- Do you find a weekly / monthly cadence helpful?- What Gong aggregate stats / trackers etc have you find particularly helpful in rollup reporting for your frontline managers?(Note: we are excited to be getting Salesforce connected shortly!)Cheers,Mike 

Anyone have ideas on how we can use Gong to measure the impact of live (in person) meetings?  We feel pretty confident that when a in person meeting happens, the outcome is better… We’d like to A) show that in Gong - maybe as Win/Loss report and/or show it on our dealboards- i.e. flag those that don’t have activity type of In Person Meeting..  Hope this makes sense and would LOVE any ideas anyone has.

Has anyone tried to integrate Gong with Raycast.ai? I would love to connect with people who might have integrated Gong with certain custom productivity tools for a streamlined workflow

Seems like a simple question for a community and group like Gong…I want to take all (or some) of the calls of one of my top sellers, have them analyzed and model a sales script for me and the rest of the team.How can I do this? (with Gong and/or connected tools)Thanks :)
