We are changing our consent option to the pre-call email (because the audio prompt is incredibly disruptive on Teams). We’d like to include our logo, but Gong only allows for a URL apparently (vs. being able to upload). All of the logo fetching sites are using an outdated logo of ours. I’ve “reported problems” on them to try and upload our current logo. But can anyone tell me if they’ve had any luck working with Gong on just uploading a JPG file instead? Why does it have to be a URL?
Hey guys! Is there a way for gong to automatically fill scorecards ? or does it have to be completed manually ?
I have some completed flows but want to now add another step to sent an email to the same group of people. Is there a way to do that? Thank you!
I’m trying to figure out if it is possible to delineate different types of call activity within Engage. Use Case: We have three types of calls Sales Reps make. Prospecting Calls (generating new outbound business), Lead Follow-Up Calls (Following up on inbound leads), and Opportunity Follow-Up Calls (following up with active open opportunities. In Salesforce, we did this within a task by simply adding a Call Type Field. It doesn’t seem like there is any analog in Gong. The only options within Analytics is to filter by Flow activity, but in theory, any of these call types could be included in a Flow. The other recommendation I saw is to filter by account type (prospect vs. customer), but we sell to both prospects and customers (upsell/cross sell additional products)Is there any good way to actually delineate how many outbound prospecting activities a team of reps in doing?
Hi all! My colleagues and I have implemented some Sandler Sales trackers in Gong but they’re super broad and aren’t pulling in calls with the precision we’d like. Does anyone have some awesome Sandler trackers they’d be willing to share? Here are some examples of our trackers that are way too general!
Since migrating to Gong Engage, we’re running into an issue where we can’t generate a link directly to a Flow or Template; it seems we can only make these Flows and Templates “company-wide” within the Gong platform. When we’re trying to direct people to specific Flows and Templates, right now it seems that we have to give them keywords to search and they have to find what they need that way; this seems incredibly inefficient.Does anyone know if it’s possible to generate links to specific Flows and Templates?
hey,i have an issue with the View upcoming calls button. It suddenly stopped working for users with different roles, and we cannot find out what happened (on Monday worked perfectly, and yesterday not anymore). Now nothing happened when clicked.Have you experienced similar thing?
Our implementation team is also using Gong. This helps them prepare for the kick-off (along with the knowledge transfer process from the AE). They also use Gong to record all their implementation calls and management gets visibility into progress and the discussions when necessary. We’re looking to create a couple of trackers to identify clients with strongly positive, or concerningly negative sentiment during the implementation process. The negative sentiment will serve as a very early warning system so we can help our team get ahead of any challenges. Has anyone used trackers in this way? Any examples you can share? Any concerns?
Hey all, we’ve recently rolled out Gong Engage for our prospecting efforts, and in a flow, we would like to be able to reply to a previous email, but edit the subject line (IE initial email’s SL is “connecting some dots” and a subsequent email would be edited to “following up - connecting some dots”, and so on). I’m not seeing where to do that in Engage, but was wondering if I’m missing it somewhere? Conor
I’m using Flows in Gong Engage, and I have two auto emails scheduled to be sent. One was set to be sent one business day from the previous step (a call), and the next email was supposed to be sent 3 business days after that. However, Gong sent both of these emails at the same time. Has anyone experienced this before? Thanks.
Is it possible to mass add contacts from a Salesforce report to a flow? Or do you have to select them one by one within the report?
We have teams that collaborate on accounts and might be targeting the same contacts. If someone tries to add a contact that is already part of another flow, how can we lock it down so they can’t remove that person?

We’ve recently started using a customised version of the Gong playbook. It works really well on dealboards and under Points of Interest for individual calls.Where it can’t be seen as far as I can tell is the Account Overview screen. Reps would like to have an easy view of it when reviewing their accounts.Does anyone have any ways around this, or do you think this would be a useful feature development?
How can I change the name of each caller? I uploaded some recordings, but each caller's name is inaccurate.
I’ve set my Gong personal flow in Engage to ‘visible’ which indicates other members should be able to use it.However, I don’t see how I could go about adding a contact to someone else’s flow so not sure how they could use my flow? Currently my company has blocked me from adding to the ‘company flows’
I wonder if I can use a Smart Tracker to find representatives who say “Ehhhh”, “ummmm” “So” etc. I built a Smart Tracker and added a lot of phrases, the problem is that the engine demands the examples to have at least 3 words in each example, which prevents me from adding the basic “ehhhhh / ummmm” and such. Any thoughts or suggestions?
So excited to see the Chrome Extension working in SFDC! Can you tell me if there are plans for the Flow button to work on the Campaign object? We really need to be able to add Leads and Contacts from Campaigns to a Flow. If you have any other suggestions or work around, we are all ears. We’re excited about this direction!
Hello, I created a folder in our library that is going to have all of our cold calls that led to demos, but we have hundreds. I know that when going into each recording I can add that one call to a folder, but is there a way to mass move calls into folders? Maybe doing it from a saved filter?
Hi, is it possible to manage task (call, task, ecc not only AI to dos) directly in the mobile APP?Is there some videos about this topic?CiaoPaolo
Anyone have ideas on how we can use Gong to measure the impact of live (in person) meetings? We feel pretty confident that when a in person meeting happens, the outcome is better… We’d like to A) show that in Gong - maybe as Win/Loss report and/or show it on our dealboards- i.e. flag those that don’t have activity type of In Person Meeting.. Hope this makes sense and would LOVE any ideas anyone has.
Does anyone know how I can get Gong to automatically put the call spotlight, including next steps and action items into a meeting record in Hubspot?
All, we are focused on building out trackers in Gong regarding our 3 main enablement behaviors we are looking to develop. Would love to see what y’all have built for trackers focused on:Multi-threading Champions Identifying Developing Testing Identified Pain Categories of Pain Identifying Pain Implicating Pain
