Hi! I just set up automatic scoring for our CSM team in Gong. We currently have automatic scoring set up for any call that a CSM “hosted” or “attended”, however, Gong is automatically scoring the host on any meetings a CSM attended. Is there a way that I can assign Gong AI to score the CSM participant rather than it auto-scoring the host? 

When viewing Gong Analytics > Flows, for a specific flow, I know I can see the overall open rates and clicking on ‘ opened’ is showing me who has opened my email.Is there a way to see how many times each recipient has opened my email without manually clicking on each person’s name? I haven’t found a way to do this and am spending a signifcant amount of admin time, trying to prioritize my outreach, based on flow engagement, where I want to target recipients that have opened my email multiple times, first.Even better, it would be great if Gong insights could prioritize my open rates based on this activity. Currently, it’s ordered by recipient name, alphabetically, instead of engagement.

One thing I’m coaching to right now is the TYPE of questions my reps are asking. I’m noticing that the reps that are underperforming centre their questions around (what i call) “Solutioning” the customers problems. The better reps are focus on business questions and questions about the evaluation process and criteria. I’ve manually exported all questions in a call to a spreadsheet so I could tag each question as Solutioning, Business, Pricing/Admin, Deal Process.Control, etc. But maybe there is any easier way to export every question?

Currently I created a new AI Brief (for calls) with an specific format, that worked pretty well, the next step I would like to achieve is every time a call is done I would like to run that custom AI Brief and save that output in salesforce, currently the default Notes overview is saved in salesforce in the field Gong_Call_Brief__c but I would like to have also the one generated by the Custom AI Brief I created. How can that be achieved? do I need to contact support to enable the sync for that custom AI Brief? I already have created a new field in salesforce for the Custom_Gong_Call_Brief__c 

Hi Community, hope you can help me with this, I created an api gateway in aws to use it as a webhook from gong, I'm trying to create from automation rules but when I add the aws url https://<apiId>.execute-api.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/development/webhook/<keynumber> gong doesn't allow me to create the rule or even test it, the weird thing is when I use an url from  webhook.site it works, do you know if there is any restriction for aws urls? is it necessary to register those urls from another place in gong? thanks for your help.This fails when using aws apigateway url: This works (Using webhook.site):

We are building an app for our customers who use Gong and Salesforce. We would like to use the API to pull in activity associated (calls, emails, etc.) with an account, like the activity you seen in the activity timeline for an account in the deal board. Does anyone know if this is possible to do?  

In Salesforce if a Tracker is present on a Gong recording, a record is created on the Call/Conversation object in for each Tracker. For Keyword trackers, you are allowed to populate a field called Tracker Phrase that sends over the exact phrase that triggered the tracker.  I was wondering if there was an equivalent for Smart Trackers. I thought it’d be interesting to see that information in Salesforce, particularly on Opportunities where any of the Playbook (we use MEDDPICC) Smart Trackers are present.

For an internal assistant tool I am trying to retrieve all transcripts we have for specific people who I want to fetch by email address. I understand that get /v2/calls provides me with calls in a certain date range, and I could, in theory, then make a post /v2/calls/extensive to then go through the “parties” and then, based on the responses, go back to post /v2/calls/transcript to retrieve the transcript. But that seems like a lot of uncessary strain on the API. Is there a better way to get all IDs for all calls involving a person by email address?I checked the search and someone was trying something similar by Account, and that didn’t work. But yeah, maybe someone else has an idea?

Hey all,Wondering if anyone else is utilizing HubSpot Calling and is running into the following issue and may have found a solution?In HubSpot Calling, the call initiator is always Speaker 1 (Stereo Left), so depending on outbound/inbound it is our company employee, or a prospect/customer respectively. The Gong telephony integration setting needs to be set for the company employee to be either Stereo Left or Right.In our case we currently have it set to Stereo Left, and thus on all inbound calls, the roles on the transcripts are reversed, i.e. the transcript says our employee is speaking, but it’s actually the customer. This messes up all the call statistics of talk ratio, patience, etc. as well as trackers that are set to only track mentions by prospects. No solution currently seems to exists from Gong or HubSpot support.  

Hi Everyone --We're rolling out a strategic initiative focused on tracking the adoption of specific storytelling and positioning content in sales calls. The goal is to measure how often certain slides are being used across deals (e.g., tracked as a % of deals) and ultimately correlate that usage to deal outcomes (win rates, velocity, etc.).I know Gong Trackers are designed for keyword/phrase detection, but has anyone successfully used them to track slide titles or specific content usage within shared decks or screen shares? Or is there another method/tool within Gong you've used to achieve this kind of tracking and reporting?Would love to hear how others have approached this—especially if you're tying content usage to pipeline performance or rep adoption metrics.Thanks in advance!

Hi, I’m wondering how I can update my API permissions for a Gong Collective Integration? Right now, it’s just disabled in the UI. 

For those with Professional Services teams using Gong, how are you leveraging it? Are you tracking specific call insights, using it for coaching, or something else entirely? Would love to hear how it's adding value!

Will there be support for an API export of transcripts with the extra details like who is speaking and the header info that’s provided in the app.gong.io/call/pretty-transcript?call-id= ?

Hi All, Here’s the scenario:We’re looking to track interaction time of our reps on calls and see if that has an impact on whether or not the deal progress well or not.  (Hypothesis: If talk ratio is less than 60% on their calls for a deal, the deal will progress well. If more than 60%, the deal won’t go anywhere) Has anyone ran into something like to and looked to generate a report in Gong and/or Salesforce? Appreciate any help with this.  - James

I’m creating a deal board for more complex deals that require executive sponsorship. The way this is indicated is by whether or not a rep fills out an open-text field “Additional Support Needed by ELT” explaining what they specifically need help on/what makes it a complex deal (Example: Prospect sent us an NDA that potentially exposes us to x,y,z--need legal team review). Because each of these values will be unique, is there any value I can put in the filter that is essentially Additional Support Required = Not empty/is known/Not Blank?  

Hi -I was wondering if anyone could help me with the following questions about Microsoft 365 Bookings, Teams and Gong.I tried my first Gong call today and I ran into some confusion about how to join the call. Should I be clicking on the Teams Join button or the gong personal consent url? Teams InviteAlso - I was wondering if anyone is using Microsoft Bookings with Gong.I discovered Bookings about a month ago and LOVE it as an alternative to Calendly.I have a Bookings page but do not know how to integrate the page with Gong. Should I be adding assitant@gong.io to all of the meetings?

I use Raycast for text expansion snippets in a number of applications, including when noting my tasks in Gong Engage (for clarity, these are not related to anything Gong calls snippets). One day a coworker said he can no longer copy and paste things from Salesforce to Gong. I checked and I cannot either. However, I can copy and paste it into a text file and then copy and paste it into Gong. My text expansion snippets from Raycast also stopped working in Gong, although they still work in Salesforce and every other application.  Being that the issues are only in the Gong windows (either the Gong Engage page or the Gong Sidebar) and no other applications, and being that it also began on the same day for a coworker who is also on a macbook air but in a separate location, I have to assume the issue comes from a change in Gong. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution?  Thank you.  Edit: Sorry if this is in the wrong section. Our implementation team is also using Gong. This helps them prepare for the kick-off (along with the knowledge transfer process from the AE).  They also use Gong to record all their implementation calls and management gets visibility into progress and the discussions when necessary. We’re looking to create a couple of trackers to identify clients with strongly positive, or concerningly negative sentiment during the implementation process.  The negative sentiment will serve as a very early warning system so we can help our team get ahead of any challenges. Has anyone used trackers in this way? Any examples you can share?  Any concerns?

I’m currently using the Gong API (v2/calls/transcript) to retrieve call transcripts, and each transcript entry lists speakerId. For better readability and ease of integration, we would prefer to retrieve the actual speaker names or emails instead of just speakerId values.Is there an option in the Gong API to directly return speaker names or emails? Or, is there an endpoint available that allows us to map speakerId values to corresponding names or emails?  I’d appreciate any insights.Thanks 

Hi there!I’ve been tasked with integrating our Zoho CRM with Gong to make the most of the account link feature. Using the documentation, I’ve successfully uploaded an Account entity via Postman using an LDJson file. When I check the request status via GET /v2/crm/requeststatus using my request ID, I get a response of "totalSuccessCount": 1.However, I can’t see the account in the Gong UI. Additionally, when I make the following API call:GET https://api.gong.io/v2/crm/entities?integrationId=XXXXXX&objectType=ACCOUNT and pass in the same objectID used in the LDJson file, the response contains a null object.Questions:Are there any configuration steps I might have missed that could prevent the account from appearing in the Gong UI? Are there debugging methods or logs available to trace why the account isn't visible? Is there a delay between a successful upload and when the account appears in the UI? Does Gong require any specific fields or data structures in the LDJson that could impact
