I am setting up my users with Gong Connect (with Engage) and one of my users is located in United Arab Emirates. However, there are no business numbers available for that country code (971). Is that coming or do I just have to pick another country?

Hi all- Has anyone ever brought gong calls into Salesforce as an activity type subtype.  I want to pull activity reports without using the report type of conversations. I heard that calls from GONG contain a subject starting with “ Zoom: ”, but subjects can be changed in Salesforce. The goal would be to determine which are phone calls and which are gong pre-scheduled calls.   Thanks, Kristen

When I am uploading my 38 second video, Gong is only showing 35 seconds of it. This may seem minor, but I had an intro and outro fade on my video that is now missing. How can I prevent this from happening? 

Hi there,I am looking for an answer on how I can filter for specific keywords within different timeframes during a call. For example:Filtering the word “zip code” within the first 2 minutes of a prospecting call, then filtering the word “experience” within the following 3-5 minutes of the call. Is there a way to do this? 

Hi Gong Community!Just loved:...And keen to learn from other Managers of managers re your weekly process with Gong- I currently have my coaches tag me when delivering feedback to the front line so I can also add insights and guidance (private message to the coach)I also have a weekly cadence with product marketing around moving the needle on key features across my portfolio, tracking mentions in Gong through to MOM performance. Is it possible to create a static link for a recording that can be shared externally?   My use case is a webinar that I’ve recorded that i share frequently.  Currently, I have to go to the recording and click the button to share externally for a unique URL.  That’s overkill for my use case and would love a static link.  Thoughts?

QQ - why would the monthly total of scorecards be different for a manager when viewed under the Coaching Metrics tab or the Insights tab?  What is the difference in what is reported in each tab?

I tried to go to Gong documentation and it gives me error 500. Any helps would be appreciated!

Hi, I'm attempting to retrieve Gong call transcripts by sending a GET request to the following endpoint: https://api.gong.io/v2/calls/transcript. However, I consistently encounter a 404 error or 'not found' response. I've been able to successfully retrieve Gong calls using this endpoint: https://api.gong.io/v2/calls. Could you please provide documentation or suggest a specific endpoint for accessing call transcripts?"These changes aim to enhance the overall structure and flow of your message 

Gong does not recognize the name of our company, “Accelo”. It often cites in transcripts “excel” or “a cell o”. I’m curious if we can teach Gong AI to recognize a new word? Thanks,Siobhan

I believe the answer is no but I wanted to confirm. I got the below question from a customer/partner. (I think a reference product feature would be Outreach KAIA which offers real-time info but I have not seen it well adopted). Verbatim question from Partner: Hey does Gong do real-time popups while you're on the call? Hello Gong community- I am trying to find out if it is possible to delete part of a recorded call.  A colleague had a recording go longer than it should have on the client’s end.  They tried snipping the call but it still shared the entire recorded call with the client.  Thank you in advance for any guidance!

We are trying to build a deal board to display all upsell deals, including those from our CSMs. However, CSMs only have collaborator licenses in Gong. Is it still possible to have their opportunities show up on this deal board?

Hi Gong Community, Our sales enablement manager asked me if we can see when someone in power (Director, VP, C-Level) first JOINED a deal. To my understanding, there are two places we can track power in a deal:Deals → Win/Loss → Power in Deal: this displays win rate based on if the highest level of power involved in the deal at all Deals → Deal Drivers → No Power in Deal and deal closes in 30 days: this is what appears as a warning on the deal board as wellIs there a way to track the history of deals to see when power first joined?

Hello! My Organization is using Smart Trackers to help track our Value conversations. We would love the ability for our leadership team to be notified when a call is flagged by the smart tracker, so we can audit calls containing our specific Value Outcomes vs Success Plan creation. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
