Is there any benefit to using Read-Only integration vs Gong for Salesforce Managed Package? From what I’ve read, Managed Package has all the advantages. Is there any reason not to install it? What is the best way to train sales leaders and reps how to use Gong for Salesforce Managed Package after it is installed?

Hello -I have been using the Gong Call Library for years, but feel very limited by it’s functionaity. If possible could I suggest: Bulk adding of calls Less steps to add a call. Right now you have to go to the call page, select a folder, and click add. I would prefer if you could just click “add to library” from the listing of calls without having to click into the call page. The ability to drag and drop calls into the libraryThank you,Kelly

Hello,We have Gong integrated with Salesforce and I wanted to know if we can sync in Salesforce which are the call invitees and participants in the Event that is created in Salesforce related to that call.Thank you,

Many of us, present company included, have found the recent layoffs, re-orgs, downsizing, right sizing, … (call it what you will) has/have left us looking for our “what’s next.” There are so many things to talk about in this thread - but for now… hands up. Who has found themselves laid-off - and looking? How are you responding? What are you looking at for your next move? If a seller logs a call in Salesforce that is not recorded, it doesn't pull over to Gong... is it possible to log a completed task in gong to get a full representation of what's happening with the account?   While I know a seller could just create fake logged calls I can manage that on my end.   Is there a way, either programmatically or more manually to get “credit” for a logged call?  I ask b/c one of the things we track closely is activity (or lack of) so if a rep is making attempts to connect I want to see that and for them to get the “credit” for it.   Is this possible and/or how can we do so?

I have a number of saved searches. (see attached).  If I go to this list, and I want to see the criteria I have set for a specific search, how can I do so?   The edit pencil allows me to change the name but I don’t see where I can update the specific filters for a given saved search.   For example, I have a saved search for a specific tracker called “Good Question” and then that filter is also set for specific groups of people.   If I want to add or remove a person and save the filter, how would I do so?   It seems to me the only way I can do that is to delete it and rebuild it from scratch which can’t be right.   Any insight is appreciated. As the Head of Enablement, but not an opportunity owner, I would like to write some template emails for our teams. Is it possible to write and save templates in a “generic” sense, and save them for use by the team (like scorecards)?

Hi there - I have 2 accounts (and each with their own opportunity), and am seeing an email communication with a contact at one account is showing up on the activity timeline for both accounts. I’ve checked salesforce to confirm that the contact is only related to a single account. Is there a way to manually unassociate this contact and activity from the incorrect account in Gong? thanks!

Is there a way I can share an ongoing call, like a weekly team meeting for someone that does not attend regularly without having to go in and share it manually every time?

I would like to select a regional team and view all customer meetings as a shared calendar.This would help with researchers/stakeholders joining who may not yet be invited. When I subscribe to users calendars in Google Calendar I can see all meetings.I would like to have a calendar that shows me only meetings that the Notetaker is also joining. .ics file or url would suffice.

How do you hold your team accountable to take feedback seriously + keep the converstion on gong calls open. For example if you post questions for them in the comments section and they do not engage / reply

On the Team Stats screen, what changes when you flip the “Include all call data” switch? In other words, what additional data is included that wasn’t included before?

A lot of times, I need to listen to my reps’ gong calls in the evening after I put the little one to bed. I like to leave lots of comments in the calls for coaching purposes. However, this means I have reps getting emails about my critiques late in the evening which I worry can stress them out. I really don’t want them to see the comments until working hours start again. 

When a scorecard is completed does the call organizer receive an email notification?
